Conservation systems
Conservation to protect your parts
In order to protect high-quality turned, milled and punched parts from corrosion, they can be preserved with the T&A batch centrifuges.
During the Conservation process, the parts to be protected are fed into a sieve drum and placed in the specially designed centrifuge rotor.
In the subsequent process, the drum is completely flooded by a feed pump through a system tank that stores the conservator. This ensures that all parts are coated.
As an option, the centrifuge can also be swiveled to move scooping parts to a different position. The centrifuge rotor then accelerates slowly to spin off the excess conservator. The conservator runs down by gravity back into the system tank. The drying time and speed can be variably adjusted. This allows the desired layer thickness to be influenced.
