Oil separator
The economical emulsion care
Functional description:
The contaminated medium (emulsion/wash water) is pumped via the suction float into the oil separator where it flows upwards through the inclined lamella plates. Fine droplets of tramp oil are deposited on the underside of the lamellae, combine to form larger droplets, rise to the top due to
rise upwards due to the buoyancy, collect in the drain channel and enter the oil collection container. The solids sink to the top of the discs and slide down into the sludge tank. The cleaned medium leaves the oil separator through the drain.
