Our batch centrifuges are optionally available with a slewing crane, chain hoist, gripping device, heating, speed control, washing device, tanks, transport trolleys for drums, customer-specific holders for boxes or workpieces.

When it comes to coating, drying and preserving turned, pressed and stamped parts, we develop concepts with you to achieve optimum solutions for every application.
Even with complicated part geometries, special centrifuge drums, heaters, frequency converters and PLC programs lead to perfect results.

Manual batch centrifuge of the MZ series
Functional description:
The bowl insert is filled with chips or bulk materials. It can be inserted into the centrifuge by hand or by crane and traverse. The centrifuge lid is closed and the centrifuge is started. The previously set centrifuging time now runs. At the end of the centrifuging process, the drum is braked to a standstill. The machine lid can be
be opened after the braking time has elapsed. The drum insert with the dried spin-dried items is removed and the centrifuge is ready for the next spin cycle.
