Lifting floor centrifuges from the series Hydramax
For chip systems in fully automatic operation – For higher chip volumes

Compact design
Functional description:
The short, wet chips or grinding sludge are fed into the bowl of the lifting floor centrifuge via the feed hopper and fall onto the rotating moving floor. There they are pressed against the drum wall by the high centrifugal force. The hydraulically operated moving floor pushes the chips or grinding sludge upwards over a slotted screen. This separates the solids from the liquid. The dried chips or the dried grinding sludge are discharged via the centrifuge’s drum board after a few pushing cycles of the push floor and fall down into a chip container or a downstream chip conveyor. The separated coolant is channelled into a buffer tank. It can optionally be cleaned in a T&A Tornado cleaning centrifuge before being pumped back into the machine tool tank for reuse
