Continuous centrifuges series Scoro
For chip systems in fully automatic operation – Also available as single-station solutions

Compact design
Functional description:
The wet, short free-flowing chips are fed into the chip centrifuge via the upstream conveyor and fall onto the drum floor. The centrifugal force presses the chips against the drum wall and pushes them upwards over the slotted screen. There, solids and liquids are separated from each other. The dry chips are discharged over the drum rim and fall down into a chip container or into a chip conveyor. The separated coolant is channelled into a buffer tank. It can optionally be cleaned in a T&A Tornado cleaning centrifuge before being pumped back into the machine tool tank for reuse.
