Our centrifuges separate solids from your cooling lubricant as well as non-emulsified oils.
The solids dried at maximum speed can be disposed of with your chips – the big advantage is that there is no special waste.

Optionally, the centrifuges can be designed as compact cleaning systems which are equipped with a large top tank, various pumps etc. to guarantee the optimum degree of purity of your cooling lubricant. All centrifuges are available with a suction unit and other tank variations. Individual special solutions on request.

Functional description::
The cooling lubricant to be cleaned is fed into the running centrifuge via pumps or by gravity. The high centrifugal force causes the heavier solids to settle on the inner wall of the plastic insert from the centrifuge rotor. The cleaned liquid rises in the rotor and runs through a peeling tube into a buffer tank.
From there it is pumped back into the processing machine. The buffer tank is equipped with a level switch that switches off the feed pump in the event of a return transport fault. The unpressurized drain ensures that the liquid is gently discharged from the centrifuge. This prevents the liquid from heating up, which mainly occurs with small volumes of liquid in bypass operation. Furthermore, the formation of foam, to which various liquids are prone, is contained.
Liquid can be fed into the centrifuge until the solids volume of the centrifuge rotor is filled. With the help of the drying device developed by us, the solids can now be spun dry in the same centrifuge at maximum speed
