Chip Chrusher
V200 – V400 – V600 – V800
Functional description::
The long and woolly chips are fed into the hopper of the chip crusher via conveyor systems or other feeding devices, e.g. with a lifting and tipping device. The long chips fed into the crusher hopper are caught by a hardened feed arm and pulled over hardened tearing combs to loosen them up. By changing the direction of rotation of the feed arm at intervals, the tufts of chips are further loosened, then fed to the coarse crusher and then to the fine crusher. In the fine crusher, the chips are crushed to their final size and discharged from the scraper via the ejector.
The coarse parts fed in, such as tools or bar ends, are automatically discharged by the crusher. Thanks to the highly wear-resistant design, even tough and hard chips can be crushed. The PLC control system with touch panel allows the function of the chip crusher to be optimally adapted to the different types of chips.
