Chip processing

The materials produced in the metalworking industry, such as swarf and grinding sludge, can be processed effectively with the systems from Trenntechnik & Anlagenbau GmbH. From lifting and tipping your chip carts to crushing with our chip crushers and dry centrifuging with our manual and fully automatic centrifuges through to removal and onward transportation by our chip conveyors, you receive everything from our own production. Almost 100% of the cooling lubricant recovered in this process can then be cleaned in the cleaning centrifuges also manufactured by T&A and returned to the process cycle. This results in enormous cost savings for you.
As a full-service provider, we can offer you the optimum concept in both areas, both in chip processing and in cooling lubricant cleaning.

Coolant treatment

The high demands placed on coolant quality in today’s processing machines are becoming increasingly demanding. This calls for optimum and economical cleaning. This is exactly where the cleaning centrifuges and systems from Trenntechnik & Anlagenbau GmbH come into play. The innovative design of our rotors combined with the high energy efficiency of our optimized centrifuge drives guarantee you an absolutely high degree of cleanliness. Surface treatment

Various parts can be de-oiled, washed and dried with our centrifuges. Pre-treatment before a washing system allows the oil to be recovered and returned to the cycle. Preservation by flooding or wetting your parts to a desired layer thickness is also possible.
