Chip processing

The chips produced during machining are crushed and dried by our machines. The recovered cooling lubricant is fed back into the process. This saves costs and resources.

Cooling lubricant treatment

Our centrifuges remove contaminants such as chips, sludge and tramp oils from the cooling lubricant. This extends the life of the cooling lubricant. The  production process is stabilized, your costs greatly reduced

Surface treatment

Our machines help you to change the properties of surfaces. For example, various parts can be cleaned, preserved or coated with our centrifuges. Take a look at them!

Our service

After sales service is a top priority for us. Our expert team is available to you around the clock. We carry out regular UVV inspections on your centrifuges so that downtimes in your production are avoided.

Our team

With 30 years of experience in centrifuge construction, we find the optimum solution for every problem. All machine components are designed and manufactured in our factory in Ettenheim. Our programmers develop customized PLC controls according to your requirements.

Test center

Still not sure what is right for you? In our test center you can test our moving floor centrifuges, continuous centrifuges and chip crushers as well as our cleaning centrifuges with your material free of charge. Documentation of the tests is also available in the form of a video.
